Generative artificial intelligence (GAI) holds significant potential in the field of brain-computer interface (BCI).
GAI addresses key BCI challenges through improved signal processing and synthetic data generation.
Based on 170 studies, this work outlines GAI's impact on BCI and proposes an adaptive adaptive framework.
Future BCI advances will rely on multimodal fusion, adaptive learning, efficient deployment, and ethical alignment.
